Please come and enjoy social hour starting at 5PM, then enjoy a dinner of your choice at 6PM, and our speaker Ken Westfield will then present his topic Criteria for Evaluating New Foundries at 7PM.
For some context, I will talk briefly about the Strategic Sourcing team, The Gorman-Rupp Co, and the type of castings (weights, volumes, and materials) that we purchase. The bulk of the presentation will be how we onboard a casting supplier and the things I look for to identify a foundry that will be a good performer for us.
